Happy New Year 2026! ✨ To all Sampuru Sakura followers and collaborators, As we step into a new year, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the projects that shaped our journey throughout 2025. Last year presented us with many creative challenges, including requests for completely new and unfamiliar dishes. These projects required extensive research and development, continuous innovation, and close interaction with our clients to fully understand their exact requirements and expectations. One of the highlights of the year was our collaboration with the Alimentarium – The Food Museum in Vevey, Switzerland. For this project, we created a series of hyperrealistic food replicas designed for exhibition and long-term display, combining visual accuracy, durability and storytelling. It was an honor to contribute to a museum dedicated to food culture, education and innovation. We are grateful for the trust placed in our work and look forward to continuing to create hyperrealistic food replicas for museums, exhibitions, brands and hospitality spaces worldwide.
