Returns, Damage & Replacement Policy

1. General Policy

All Sampuru Sakura products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, returns and replacements are only accepted in cases where items arrive defective or damaged.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than confirmed defects or damage.


2. Reporting Damage or Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order reference
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging (where applicable)

3. Approval Before Returning Any Item

Do not return any item without prior written approval from Sampuru Sakura.

Once we receive your claim, we will review the information provided and may request additional details.
If the claim is approved, we will send you written instructions by email on how to proceed with the return, if required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Investigation & Resolution

All damage or defect claims are subject to an internal review and, where applicable, a carrier or handling investigation.

Once the investigation has been properly conducted and the claim confirmed:

  • A replacement product will be issued, and/or
  • A refund will be processed, as appropriate

In confirmed cases of damage or defect, Sampuru Sakura will cover all reasonable costs related to the replacement, including shipping.


5. Shipping & Couriers

Sampuru Sakura is courier-agnostic. Claims and returns are not limited to, nor dependent on, any specific courier or shipping provider.

All return or replacement shipments must follow the instructions provided by Sampuru Sakura after claim approval.
